Novensys Technical Support can be addressed by all Novensys clients for technical issues of software and hardware products under warranty or covered by service support agreements.

Every call is handled by a Novensys consultant, who will manage the problem resolution within the agreed response times of the respective service agreement.

The Technical Support Agreements offer you a range of response times and prioritization levels to choose from to best suit your business’ needs.

Novensys offers four distinct support levels:

  • Standard
  • Premium
  • Gold
  • Platinum


By signing a Technical Support Agreement with Novensys, your company benefits of:

Our consultants are Microsoft certified for different competences: SQL Administration & Programming, Project Management, Navision.

The Novensys service team consists of service engineers and technicians certified by Symbol, Zebra and Genicom. In addition, Novensys is the only Symbol Certified Repair Partner in Romania, offering authorized services for Symbol equipment under warranty.

Novensys offers service and maintenance activities for the following hardware equipment types:

  • Symbol equipment: scanners, mobile computers, access control systems
  • Bar code printers: Zebra, Genicom, Sato
  • Fiscal printers: Datecs
