• Parcel receipt from customers – allows receipt of customer parcels. Customers requests are taken and recorded through call center, then forwarded to a receptionist who is sending the requests to field agents (includes new, accepted, picked, refused, canceled and closed requests);
• Pricing – allows pricing for different clients (type of service, type of parcel, insurance value, reimbursing value, receipt confirmation, weight, etc.);
• Delivery – allows dispatch movement from warehouse to field agent custody; the mobile computer can provide a list with dispatches to be delivered to customers;
• Checkpoint allocation – allows manual checkpoint allocation for one or more dispatches;
• Synchronization – data download from the central database to mobile computers and from mobile computers to the central database;
• Data reset – resets the data currently saved on a mobile computer;
