Novensys targets a turnover of 18 mil euro by the end of 2008

Novensys, one of the most important providers of solutions for information management in Romania announced a turnover of  11.8 mil. euro at the end of 2007, meaning a growth of 51% compared to 7,8 mil euro at the end of 2006. For the end of 2008, the company is targeting a turnover ranging between 18 and 20 mil. euro.

„I believe it's the right time to also rethink our previous forecasts.  Given the fact that last year was a strategic year, as we reconsidered our whole business strategy and invested a lot in the company, a growth of 51% in turnover is completely satisfying. We virtually redefined our company's portfolio of solutions and products. We introduced new solutions for new customer segments - we are talking about the CRM solutions, where we hope to make the first implementations by the end of this year, Microsoft Dynamics AX and PLC (PowerLine Communication) solutions. We signed new partnerships, of which the most important ones, at this time are Oracle and Current and we managed to keep our position as best partner for the providers of the solutions we have in our portfolio. The results are reflected in the turnover we attained this year and which was very close to the forecast we made.  Since the strategy we adopted has already started to show results, we are expecting a much more realistic turnover this year comparing to the expectations we had in the past. Therefore,  it seems realistic to forecast a 30 mil. euro turnover by the end of 2009 in Romania. One of our most ambitious objectives for this year is regional expansion in the second quarter, especially in Western Europe, where we hope to be able to announce the first results by the end of this year. And this is not all. We aim to take our company to the first league of players in industry. We are also preparing pleasant surprises for both our business partners, whom we would like to assure that we are going to stay in the top performances in Romania, and our customers, for whom we want to introduce solutions that cover as many business area as possible...", states Cezar Golumbeanu, Managing Partner, Novensys.

At the end of 2007, the equipment represented more than 50% of the solutions in the Novensys portfolio, while software solutions represented more than 30% and services more than 10% of the portfolio.
