Novensys implements an integrated informatic system at Maguay

• Novensys won the auction for implementing an integrated informatic system at Maguay
• The first Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 implementation in Romania is close to finalizing

Bucharest, 2 August 2011 - In the Spring of 2011, Novensys has begun implementing an integrated solution which includes a hardware part (server, storage -type equipment etc.) but also a software part in the project "Developing an integrated informatic system for Maguay company". The integrated informatic system is made up by the COOP ERP tailored application, for the Enterprise Resource Planning part, and the subsystem Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, for Customer Relationship Management part,  an application made up by a client service, marketing and sales composition. Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers companies of all dimentions a quick, flexible and accessible solution for identifying, winning and developing profitable realtions with customers. The solution is natively integratable with Microsoft Office Outlook which determines rapid acces for users, improves productivity and helps rationalise business processes.

In the first analyse fase of implementation at Maguay a series of specific modules have been delimited, that will be developed with customization by the Novensys team, CRM oriented. On the product service part, Novensys has implemented a portal based on an add-on from the base application that Maguay has requested and that imports and exports data from CRM. A specific development is the one realised for the sales module where 4 types  of sales flows have been projected. The marketing module offers the possibility of using available facilities for the management of marketing campaigns with a detail level that will set the path to generating sales leads.

The purpose of the project that Novensys has implemented at Maguay is increasing the company’s competitivity by improving internal management systems, improving the customer relation system, increasing the efficiency of human resources at the company’s disposal, developing an internal knowledge base which will support employee productivity, a more speedy new employee integration for acheiving the neccessary performance level and a more flexibility in distributing tasks for employees depending on the customer’s needs. Novensys won the auction as subcontractor for the entire project, offering the best price according to the techno-economical criteria mentioned in the specification list.
