Novensys attends the "Top Employers" Event

Bucharest, April 8, 2011 - Novensys participates at the national career fair, Top Employers, which runs from 8 to 9 April 2011 at the Palace Hall in Bucharest. The purpose of the company's participation in this event is to communicate the recruitment plan to the work market, following on this occasion a direct interaction with candidates. So those who visit our stand will have the opportunity to meet the Novensys HR representatives and can obtain answers to different questions.

In recent years, the team of Novensys specialists went through a process of structuring and organizing strategy that responds best to increasing the focus on projects, so at present it’s one of the largest and most competent team in the industry. In the team there are consultants and developers with over 10 years of experience in Romania and Europe, and over 70% of them were involved in at least two implementation projects successfully completed. In the last year the team has grown by over 10%, the hiring continuing in 2011 to support a healthy business growth.
 
Novensys currently has about 25 open positions for recruitment, with a focus on candidates with minimum 5 years experience, but also candidates that will be trained by the Novensys team of specialists. Novensys has a recruitment plan for 2011 for over 50 positions which include: Business Consultants, Business Developers, Sales Persons, Project Management, Developers, Technical Consultants.

During the two day event "Top Employers" 15,000 visitors are expected. The fair will be open Friday, April 8, between the hours 10.00-18.00 and Saturday, 9 April from 10.00-17.00. Over 2,250 career opportunities are addressed to candidates with experience, students, fresh graduates and masters, and among the available jobs there are entry level, mid-level and senior positions.
