The mission of Microsoft Romania is to increase the satisfaction of its partners and Microsoft top technology users through a professional and honest contribution to the development of the local IT industry development, by transposing the corporation’s business model.
With a presence of more than 10 years on the Romanian market, the Microsoft team is engaged to fulfill the following objectives:
• to generate business initiative through long-term investments for Microsoft and its business partners; • to ease the access to cutting-edge software technology for the people from this region;
• to develop skills and talents, to organize the consultancy, training and support activity, to provide technical information and localize products; • to provide support for the developers and users communities by the use of a direct communication channel;
• to contribute to user’s education regarding the legal usage of software and the consideration of the copyright .
We are present in the Romanian market with the largest partner network, whose competences are widely acknowledged throughout the country and abroad. By localizing the Microsoft Office suite and the Windows operating system we facilitated the access of Romanian users to computer usage due to the removal of language barriers.
During the last years, we built the foundation for solid, long term growth by running activities in support of the community, as part of our business strategy and company culture.
