Novensys wants 30 millions euro in 2010 through SAP and Oracle

Novensys, company that plays on information management solutions market, grew its business with over 137% in the first half of this year.

At the end of July 2007, Novensys registered a 5.8 millions euro turnover, in comparison with 2.4 millions euro from the same period of the last year.

„For next three years, the company aims a 30 millions euro turnover. We are aiming at this position by adopting the newest technologies  from the field. For 2008 we are taking into consideration SAP and Oracle", stated Cezar Golumbeanu, Novensys Managing Partner.

According to him, the company turnover increase one hand due to the attraction in the portfolio of new products and services from CRM, Loyalty (customer relationship management) and Warehouse Management System (warehouse administration), and the solution for food industry. On the other hand, another reason represents the request especially in the logistic and manufacturer industries of software and equipments.

„For now, the highest rate of Novensys turnover comes from equipments and consumables sales and we are estimating that for the next years, taking into consideration the opportunities from the market, this rate would be balanced with services incomes", also said Cezar Golumbeanu.

Regarding the company customers portfolio, it is composed in a 95% proportion of private companies. Among them, 80% are medium and big companies. Novensys registered last year a 7.6 millions euro, with 30% increase from 2005. For 2007, the company estimates a 12-13 millions euro turnover. Novensys is the main Microsoft Partner from Romania, 15% of Novensys turnover being represented by Microsoft Navision. The shareholders structure is formed by ICB Investments Fund with 33%, Andrei Stefan Caunii with 22%, Cezar Florin Golumbeanu with 22%, Robert Florin Cristea with 22% and George Bogdan Dumitrescu with 1%.
