Novensys, 300.000 euro from mobile printers

Novensys, local information management solutions provider has launched on the romanian market a new mobile printers series, for all those companies with sales men that do their work outside the company, making an income estimate: 300.000 euro from this segment by the end of 2008.
„Mobile devices will make 4 millions euro by the end of next year, mobile printers representing 300.000 euro", said for our newspaper (ZF) Romeo Iacob, Deputy Director Sales, Marketing and Product management at Novensys.
This printers, made by the american company Zebra Technologies, are all based on the technology of printing by thermal transfer and support listing more documents sizes, up to maximum A5. The equipments can be conected with other mobile devices as laptops or PDA, through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
The target is made of all those companies that are doing outside activity (constructions, utilities, transports, assurance, parking etc.), allowing to print vouchers, invoices or tickets right at the action place.
„Mobile printers recently launched by Novensys will revolutionize the market, bringing its contribution to the redefinition and acceleration of business processes of Romanian companies", said Iacob. He specified that the best products sales on this segment are those developed by Motorola, Zebra, Psion Teklogix (canadian IT mobile solutions manufacturer) and represents generally speaking mobile equipments that offer long life and higher resistance in hard work enviroments.
Iacob also said that mobile devices segment for companies will produce almost 30% of the entire Novensys business in 2008.
For the end of this year, the company officials estimate a turnover of 12-13 millions euro, with 50% increase in comparison with the level of 8 millions euro reported in 2006.
In keeping with a previous estimation of Cezar Golumbeanu, managing partner, the main objectiv of the company for the next three years is to surpass the 30 millions euro limit.
