In three years Novensys aims a 30 millions euro turnover

Novensys, local information management solutions provider registered in the first fiscal semester a 5.8 millions euro turnover, with 137% increase in comparison with the level reported in 2006 of 2.44 millions euro. Company officials didn`t want to offer details about the level of the profit reached in the first semester, saying that they would rather prefer ro communicate all this information at the end of the year. For 2007, the company has redact its foresights, having as an objectiv the increase of the turnover with 30%, up to 12-13 million euro, in comparison with 9.3 millions euro from last year, said for ZF Cezar Golumbeanu, Managing Partner.
„We want to obtain an over 30 millions euro turnover in the next three years, and to enter in the big players league", also said Golumbeanu. In order to fulfill this objectiv, Novensys representativ said that the entire profit of 2006 would be reinvested so to sustain the growth of the company, and the employees number would grow up to 150 persons. The company already founded a training and quality department and will build a new headquarter this year. For now the biggest rate of company business goes to equipments and consumables sales, and for the next years Novensys has as objectiv to equalize this segment with IT services incomes.
„If in the past years a 50-60% rate came from equipments sales, at the end of this year we are expecting the services and software segment would generate over 50% of company turnover", said Cezar Golumbeanu. „At the beginning of this year we redefined both the business strategy and the clients approach strategy and this fact was seen in our accounts level that we have gained. (...) We are permanently investing in best equipments, specialized people and company image", also said Golumbeanu.
According to him, among the most important new contracts that we`ve gained in the first half of the year are EON, Aquila, Delamode, Tornado, Medeus, Sprider Stors, Retail Fashion, Konica and Milupa. Novensys headquarter is in Bucharest and it has two branches at Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca, branches that had last year a rate of 25% of the entire turnover. Golumbeanu said that Novensys is very much interested in Moldova area, taking into consideration the opening of new branches in this area. Now, Novensys has 130 employees.
„Making a comparison with last year, those numbers are increasing and this trend will continue until the end of the year, when we estimate we would arrive at 150 employees", also said Golumbeanu.
ICB Investments Fund has 33% from Novensys, while the rest of the stocks belong to some persons - Andrei Stefan Caunii (22%), Cezar Florin Golumbeanu (22%), Robert Florin Cristea (22%) and George Bogdan Dumitrescu (1%).
