Founders

Cezar Golumbeanu is 38 years old and Founder and Partner in Novensys since 1999. Ever since then, Golumbeanu has concentrated his whole activity in Novensys on turning the company into an organisation oriented towards processing  intelligent information. Along with the other partners from Novensys he accomplished to form a stable management team, with strong values. In 2007, Golumbeanu and the Novensys management team redefined the company's whole strategy, by attracting technologically advanced solutions and reorganising internal processes.  Golumbeanu initiated and promoted the main strategic projects in Novensys, including the Novensys brand project. He also supervises the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy and operational plans. Cezar Golumbeanu has graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, the Faculty of Economics and Environment and Natural Resources Management.

Andrei Stefan Caunii is 33 years old and Founder and Partner in Novensys since 1998. He started his activity as a manager when he was only 20, as he established the Novensys company. With more than 10 years experience in business development, Caunii specialized in business strategy, business process automation, business development, reengineering, business agility and IT strategy. Caunii has managed to direct the Novensys strategy towards promoting "best in class" technological solutions. Caunii is mainly involved in the development of Novensys' solution portfolio and acts as the main driver of the business solutions in the company. Along with the other partners, he initiated and developed partnerships with strategic technology suppliers and engaged in the signing of the most important implementation contracts in Novensys. Caunii is a graduate of the University Politehnica of Bucharest, Economic Engineering.

Robert Cristea is 36 years old and Founder and Managing Partner in Novensys since 1999. Cristea is monitoring the activity of the Internal Operations Department and is the main driver of the financial, accounting, wage, financial analyses, credit control, acquisition and distribution, legal and administrative activities. Cristea has monitored the construction and modernization of the two headquarters in Bucharest.  With an investment of more than 2.5 mil euro, Cristea has transformed the current Novensys IQ  Center into a building with top-level security and comfort standards, specific to a modern, A class business center. Cristea graduated from the Bucharest Univesity, Law Faculty.
